Teaching, worship, and an unrivaled atmosphere. The BigFork Rodeo Arena sits on 22 acres in the shadow of the Jewel Basin and we're believing that when August rolls around, we'll be standing on holy ground. In the daytime, you can experience the glory of Montana but come evening, we're going to gather under the stars and lift up the name of Jesus.

The hand of the Lord was on me, and he brought me out by the Spirit of the Lord and set me in the middle of a valley; it was full of bones. He led me back and forth among them, and I saw a great many bones on the floor of the valley, bones that were very dry.
He asked me, “Son of man, can these bones live?”
I said, “Sovereign Lord, you alone know.”

There’s so much to experience in northwest Montana! Hit up Glacier National Park, hiking, white water rafting, horseback riding, biking. We’ll hook you up with a guidebook full of ideas with links after registration.
MVMNT Conference is open to any youth group and their leaders!
We will not be providing meal packages, but there will be food vendors on site at each of the sessions. We’ll hook you up with a guidebook full of links with our favorite spots after registration.
Students should bring a Bible, pen and notebook for the sessions.
Student leaders and churches can decide whether to have students bring their own money for food, or have students pre-pay their youth group, letting leaders handle food logistics. We’d encourage the same approach for activities like whitewater rafting, guided fishing, Whitefish Mountain Resort activities, or however you decide to spend your day.
Each student and their parents can decide whether to bring their own spending money for things like apparel or other purchases while they’re in Montana.
Great question: like a unicorn with rainbows coming out of its eyes. Warm/hot days and cool nights are typical, with very little humidity. The average high is mid-70’s and average low is low-50’s. It starts getting light at around 5:40am and stays light until around 9:40pm. We typically don’t have rain in August, so a night under the stars is an awesome option.
For the safety and well-being of all students, we require a minimum of 1 adult leader for every 8 students.
Youth leaders are responsible for their students.
Your group is responsible for your own transportation to MVMNT Conference, and to and from all sessions. If your group would like to explore other areas of Montana during free time, you will need to arrange for your own transportation.
Unfortunately, we are unable to permit animals at MVMNT Conference or at the on-site camping.
MVMNT Conference is $200 per student
Each leader registration is $200
Your ticket will include access to all 6 sessions. Any other expenses (travel, food, lodging, activities) will be assumed by the participating students, youth groups, or churches.
